For those that are getting up to speed, 2 weeks ago I embarked on a Breathwork Foundation course presented by Dr Ela Manga from Breathwork Africa, in the Karoo.
The 3-day Breathwork Foundation Course offers participants fascinating insights into the science of breathing and a solid set of skills that can be applied and shared with family, colleagues, students and clients.

Picking up from where I left off, I am back home in the beautiful Klein Karoo. Part of what we were taught was that it starts with Awareness. Are you consciously aware of your breath? Do you breath mostly through your nose or mouth?
Becoming aware of your breathing should leave you curious to learn more.
Conscious deep breathing is so simple and always available, you would think we would use this highly effective, free therapy a lot more to combat the chronic stresses of modern life.
