How is it going
The story continues … We arrived in Cape Town this week. I am always very busy running around and also lots of talking happening.
Normally I am very anxious with all the racing around and needing to get things done. There is still an inner calm lingering from the weekend. I am aware when I go in habitual breathing patterns - mostly mouth breathing.
After a late night out and needing go get straight to bed, I realised how my awareness was over shadowed and I slipped into old behaviours.
Awareness is part of once you see it, it can’t be unseen. I am conciously aware.
I also look forward to returning home to great air quality, less traffic and less talking ;-)
Its been good to see how I integrate my new learnings while adjusting to a different pace of life.
