Taking the first step
Get a piece of paper and a pen
Set aside 10 - 15 minutes
Write down a list of all the things that are important to YOU in your Life
Just write down the things that come to mind.
Ask yourself what else?
You do not need 20 things, but if you get to 20 stop.
Writing things down doesn’t just help you remember, it makes your mind more efficient by helping you focus on the truly important stuff.
