Full circle
Chatting to a friend this week about my difficulties she shared this wisdom with me. What if you stop fighting what you are going through and just allow the circle to complete. You will know when you are ready to take a new course of action. Just allow yourself the time you need to do what you feel is necessary and when the circle is complete you will be ready to move on.
This has stuck with me through-out the week. Often in life we find many reasons as to why we are not ready to embark on change. We start a process and find ourselves altering the desired state as we find excuses or reasons to justify our behaviour. What if for that moment it was ok. What if it was what you needed right now. What if you just let it be and stop fighting the need for it to be different. What if you are kind to yourself and leave your judgemental tendencies behind. What if your circle needs to be complete.
Letting it be is one of the hardest things to do. I was chatting to my husband a few minutes ago about the things we need to do tomorrow and his response was why now. I live in the future and acknowledge that this is where my anxiety breeds. Find that friend that is the caring listener and helps you correct your path, but also teaches you to accept where you are now.
