I have held many conversations about direction.
- What is your niche?
- What do you want to specialise in?
- What type of coach are you?
These all ring true to finding your direction and putting your marketing efforts behind that to attract your ideal client.
I have thrived as a generalist for many years and at the same time, it is exhausting to frequently be mind-switching. I consider the greats I look up to and admire, for choosing a direction in which they have specialised in and doing what I call going deep and wide in the subject.
With years of experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, and Business Efficiency, I would define these as my core skills. Coaching is a more recent skill that I have added.
I chose Results Coaching as I had recently completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychology and being results orientated I thought the methodology best suited my approach and interest.
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.
We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we’re striving to overcome and times when we feel stuck. Partnering with a coach can change your life, setting you on a path to greater personal and professional fulfillment.
I am excited about future prospects and continuing to explore opportunities for growth and development.
