Books
I love reading and a range of different books. I once met a woman while returning from Johannesburg that had three books with her all in different stages of completion. We started talking and realised that we both read in that manner. At any given stage I have three books on the go and I choose which one I feel like reading at that specific moment.
With our summer holiday break looming, here are some of the books I have recently enjoyed or am busy reading.
A slow fire burning by Paula Hawkins
The disappearing act by Catherine Steadman
Something in the water by Catherine Steadman
Mr Nobody by Catherine Steadman
If I enjoy a specific author I choose to read a few of their titles before moving on.
I am currently reading A purpose ridden by Ryan Correy. An honest memoir that deconstructs an evolving father-son relationship, uncovers the struggles in becoming one of Canada's most respected adventure cyclists and the dramatic impact of a recent cancer diagnosis.
Some other active titles
The living room leader by Debbie Goodman
Let my people go surfing by Yvon Chouinard
The mountain is you by Brianna Wiest
